Core Strength for Disablities

Working on core strength and conditioning will help in an almost unlimited number of ways. We should all operate from a 'core to periphery wave of contraction but unfortunately most of us don't. Even seemingly healthy adults will have an inactive and dysfunctional core and will lead to back pain, postural problems, knee pain and general movement issues. We are only as strong as our core is!

We use a huge range exercises, equipment and approaches to challenge the core in every area that it is weak or dysfunctional. It is tough work for anyone! Some of the benefits include:

-
Improved bladder control
-
General decrease of muscular skeletal pain
-
Living a longer, pain free life
-
Better every day functional application.
-
Improved play time
-
Independence
-
Improved self efficacy and self esteem.
